TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor Purchase Policy

TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the billing and shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route.

TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor comes with full Manufacturers Warranties. Most include in-home service.

TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitors are not returnable to AuthorizedElectronics.com If initially defective they must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. We can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician.

Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/ Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged.

Shipping insurance will be added to all TV orders.In case of concealed damage,you will have 7 days to report damage and a replacement will be shipped at no charge.



WHAT IF MY TV ARRIVES DAMAGED BEFORE I SIGN FOR IT

If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.You may then refuse the product. Please contact customer service at 1-800-847-3180 and we will arrange for a new unit to be shipped at no charge.

ORDER STATUS

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Order status and On-line tracking information is available via our website. After online order placement you will be emailed an order status link which will allow you to also track the status and shipment of your order. Orders shipped via truck (most Televisions) will have a seperate email sent after shipment. If you have not received an e-mail from our company, please check all your mail folders especially your spam folder. Please refer to your order status page to verify that your order has shipped.

Please note in order to make any changes on your order, contact our Customer Support Department toll free at 800-847-3180 for assistance and details.

Also Note: All credit /debit cards are pre approved within minutes of order placement to allow time for any necessary verification to be done. We do not actually charge the order until it is sent to the shipping department . HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

ORDERS May NOT be Cancelled Via Email due to the High email volume we receive. Customer Service can be reached at 1-800-847-3180

Most items enter the shipping process within minutes after your order is billed. You may cancel any order that has not been Billed. Once an order is billed and is not Voidable the Order Can Not be cancelled.

Anytime before your item ships and we will make every effort to honor your cancellation request. All cancellations must be made verbally with one of our customer service representatives.

ANY ORDER THAT IS BILLED AND CANCELLED WILL BE ASSESSED A 6% CANCELLATION FEE. AS SOON AS TELEVISION ORDERS ARE BILLED, THEY ARE SCHEDULED FOR PICK UP WITH OUR PRIVATE TRUCKING SERVICE.TELEVISION ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THIS TIME.Any television order that is cancelled after billing will be subject to shipping as well as the 6%cancellation fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF/WHEN AN ITEM IS BACKORDERED ?

If an item is found to be out of stock after an order is placed: We will process the items that are available and ship them out. We normally do not hold up orders because an item is backordered. Any item that is backordered will immediately ship when stock is available. All product availability is current inventory. However, errors may sometimes occur resulting in a backordered item. Please note that it is never our intention to charge a customer for orders we cannot ship out immediately.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

To return a product, an RA # (Return Authorization ) must be obtained from any of our helpful customer support representatives which can be reached toll free at 1-800-847-3180. If our support team is not available during normal business hours, please email us with full details as to why you want to make Your Return. Send the email to authelectronics@aol.com and we will Respond as quickly as possible.

All returns must ship UPS and include tracking numbers and insurance to insure the products safety.Televisions are not returnable.

All returns must include the following: Original packaging ( manufacturer box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, unregistered warranties, etc.) Do not remove the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RA or credit request status.

All Electronic Items shipped via UPS (does not include Television products) are covered by our 30 day defect exchange.

All Returns That are being Returned for a REFUND are Subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

Return shipping for all returned items are the customer's responsibility. Authorized Electronics will ship out a defect exchange item at no charge.

Do NOT write on the manufactured box, it must be doubled boxed and include All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.) Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
